First Aid and CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) are good skills for everybody that is involved in adventure sports. You might need these skills even in your daily life. The PADI Emergency First Response Course is recommended for those who wish to continue their diving education. You need to have your EFR certificate to make the PADI Rescue Diver Course, the PADI Divemaster Course and the PADI Instructor Course.
Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care eLearning is a convenient way to complete the independent study portion of the EFR Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) course. It also includes a digital version of the Skills Workbook to use in class as well as the Emergency Care Reference Section.
For other EFR courses, stop by your local PADI Dive Center or Resort or contact an EFR Instructor to enroll in a course and acquire self-study materials.
